My pick is Suzuki Vstrom 250 SX, it's not a proper ADV but almost 80% job done in under 3 Lakh price bracket......

Even though the Suzuki is not a proper adventure bike of the lot, but it would be the most reliable one.

Service experience would be more Miss than hit. KTM on the other hand would be better with service experience and on par with build and engine

For off roading X Pulse is good. Light weight is important when doing off roading alone
