He is right Anubhav. He did introduce it in Agra. I was around 6 years old when my family and I resided in Agra for a few years. I am 35 now and still remember this guy. My father use to take us to this mama Frankie guy and his rolls were out of this world. He was the only guy who use to sell this. He had a thela at that time. The reason I still remember this guy so well is because my father and I loved eating at his stall and it created some unforgettable memories. Love from New Zealand

Brother I am from Agra now based in UAE but still remember my days in Agra the best mutton in hing ki mandi is Pahalwan ka dhaba but pape di hatti also has great taste in Panjabi style,mama I know very well he bring this role in Agra and from years surving,you remind me all taste everywhere you go I use to eat and enjoy thanks from reminding childhood days❤

Today i have seen one comment that culture has changed and people are not eating nihari in the morning. Please check our videos. But then, a person called Raza Hasan Saheb came up with a plan to wrap the seekh in the paratha as the Britishers had to deal with the oil in their fingers and they didn’t like that.. The same person started Nizam’s restaurant near the Hogg market in Esplanade in 1937. This is the story of the origins of the Kolkata kathi roll..

The person who claims to be Mama is actually an employee of real Mama on whose name they are using. This is also false that he started 40 years back. The real Mama & this man Bablu started a thela around 1995 and I and my friends were the first few customers who visited regularly. Later Mama sold this shop to some other person who is using the name and Bablu is not Mama

Dear Anubhav, about Mama chicken it is a wrong story they have told you, real person who was known as Mama whose shop, idea and recipe was adapted by Mr. Himanshu a powerful person of Agra, bablu is not mama, real Mama is Putting out his stall of chicken franky near Rajpur chungi Agra, and the taste is way much better then what we eat in Sadar.
