To correct you it's shredded coconut on top of khaman and khandvi and not reddish at Das khaman. 😊 Also, the only difference between Aluvali and Patra is Aluvali is fried after steamed and Patra is tempered after steamed. So glad you enjoyed food from my city. A lot of my favourite dishes in Ahmedabad are there in this video. When you come next time try to have a Gujrati thali as well 😊✨. Ahmedabad mai ik problem hai yanha har jagah street food nahi milta jaise North India mai mil jata hai very low cost par but Ahmedabad mai nahi , yanha bahut costly hai streetfood and taste bhi nahi hai jaisa North India mai hota hai. 3 saal raha hu Ahmedabad mai bahut problem hui khana peene mai , very costly hai.

Nice video but khaman and Sev khamni both are different Sev khamani is not a residual of khaman. The process of making Sev khamni is totally different. And radish are not used for garnishing it s fresh coconut
