It is my experience that in almost all coolers including those of big brands the internal parts like screws, mounting brackets, motors etc. are invariably not given any protective coatings and in a short time of usage they catch rust. This is atrocious. Consumers should resist this practice.

Sir, I bought this air cooler watching your video it's been 4months I'm satisfied with review but I'm unhappy with the quality of the cooler. With in 1 month a month of usage, The back panel of this cooler has star screw which gets rusty and get's jammed. It's really difficult to open the cooler to clean it. The technician has to heat the screws in order to remove them and after that it cannot be screwed again. Rest the cooler is good .
