You should not put food on paper, it defeats the purpose of the technology boasted by the company. Air circulation will not occur from the bottom of the pan. Why do you think are there holes in the pan? Hint: They are not for show.

Yes, you're right. We should not use regular paper in an air fryer, but parchment paper is safe to use. It's heat-resistant and non-stick, making it ideal for lining the basket or tray. Just make sure that the parchment paper doesn't cover all the holes in the basket, as this could obstruct airflow and reduce cooking efficiency. I've already explained this in detail during my video.
