Hi! I don't usually shop at Aldi's, but because of the episode where they tried gluten free items, I now go there and get the gluten free pizza that they tried. Yeah, our parking lots at shopping plazas tend to be minor cart chaos on any given day 😮‍💨 It can get really chaotic in bad weather. If people don’t put their carts in with the others, it’ll blow around in strong wind or get stuck in a snow bank or iced into a gutter

The only store in the US that I saw with coin carts before 2000 was Costco and they don’t even do that anymore. Part of the problem is that US currency doesn’t have dollar coins (or higher) in real circulation like in Europe. So people don’t carry around coins in general if they can avoid it.

Yeah, I’ve never been to an Aldi that just stacks stuff on pallets (except for the occasional oversized items). They’ve all looked like normal grocery stores with shelves…at least on the east coast.
