Best Aloo Pyaz Paneer Ki Sabzi | जयपुर की फेमस प्याज आलू पनीर की सब्ज़ी | Pyaz Ki Sabzi |Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
7-8 small onion
6-7 boiled baby potato
.120 gm paneer
3 onion for gravy
2 tomato
12-15 cashew
3 green chilli
3-4 red chilli whole
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp Kasoori methi
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
2-3 oil for tadka
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
15 cloves garlic
chop coriander
whole spices
.100 ml curd
