Lovely recipe Chef ji. I used to add onions but could not recreate shadi wala taste. Now I know the trick. Chef ji, please share more such recipes with gharelu sabzi - Lauki, Bhindi, Cabbage, Turai, Tinda, Karela, Parwal, Barbatti (cowpea beans), Haricot beans, french beans, Kaddu, Knol Khol, Eggplant.....ad infinitum.
