In order to receive an inheritance from the late admiral Sir William Tenne-Fawling, members of a wealthy family need to compete against each other with dire consequences. The family's attempts to gain the fortune are frustrated by their scheming maid Ethel Crudd who tries to outwit them at every move, but poor misguided Ethel eventually succumbs to a vicious Shark Attack.
