Looks nice not to big it's probably better and the bulbs make it look even bigger one. I'd recommend the Edison bulbs the longer ones it'll make it look.longer

Depends on the lightbulbs you use. We used 40 watt and it lit up the entire living area well

Where is the Ground wire?

The ground wire on the fixture should be the bare wire. On the house it will depend. There could be a bare wire. Or a wire connected to the box that grounds it .
