Purane jamane me Ghee hi khate the to kisi ko health issues nahi hote the abhi, refined oil, yellow salted butter, cheese, margarine, cheese spreads etc. Se health issues hote hai. Hamare yaha ghee garam khate the jaise ki sabji ghee me banti thi or tel thanda (uncooked ya kacha) khate the matlab khichdi ya dhokle me kacha tel padta tha, ham reverse kar rahe hai abhi.
