Best and Worst Colored Pencils UNDER $5!

Today we are comparing colored pencils under $5! We will be testing things like color pigmentation, vibrancy, blending abilities, details, color swatches, color range, and more! Which pencils are the best value for money and which pencils should you avoid buying? Don't forget I have all the pencils I used in today's video listed in the description! *please note* All pencils at the time of purchasing cost me *$5 or less - prices may fluctuate over time or may be cheaper/ more expensive depending where you live. Here is what I paid. *(I live in the UK so paid in pound sterling) pound store - £1 ($1.39) for 30 pencils, helix oxford - £1.25 ($1.74) for 12 pencils, kathay - £1.49 ($2.07) for 12 pencils, crayola - £1.50 ($2.08) for 12 pencils, artbox - £1.74 ($2.42) for 20 pencils, color therapy - £1.93 ($2.68) for 20 pencils, bic color up! - £3.00 ($4.17) for 12 pencils, faber castell classic - £3.95 ($5.48) for 12 pencils, staedtler noris - £4.00 ($5.55) for 24 pencils, classmaster - £4.29 ($5.96) for 24 pencils, pandoo - £4.44 ($6.17) for 12 pencils, pentel arts - £4.76 ($6.61) for 24 pencils.

Good old Crayola. My go to for cheap pencils. Cheap easy to find here, and available in a large set if you are willing to spend a bit more.

Although I do not have most of the colored pencils you tested, I do agree that both, Faber Castell student grade and Crayola are of good quality. I have yet to purchase a product from these two manufacturers I found to be lacking. I also agree that Staedtler Noris was a huge disappointment, I expected better from Staedtler. These pencils are hard and lack in pigment strength. Good review.
