Omg i feel for you. So expensive too, ive found some of the most hyped perfumes that ive gone in store to smell ive been really let down and dissapointed by how they are on my skin. Hypnotic poison by dior and baccarat rouge by francis kurkdijan are soooo disappointing for the price, so glad i didnt purchase blindly

I bought their discovery sampler set and I totally agree! The incense was pretty much the only thing I could smell, it totally reminded me of going to catholic church as a child lol. I did however love Delina LA Rosee.

@@tendaifaraishumba695 I think each oil performs differently depending on the notes. In my experience, most have been long lasting, but projection isn't always loud. Many of the oils have reviews on the website where people give their rating on longevity and projection, so that might help you have an idea of how a particular oil will perform! I do often layer them, but also reapply just the oil for touch ups. They're just so convenient for taking with me!

I like how you give a rating on likeness and on how much you like the fragrance on its own. Sometimes dupes can be close but just don’t smell that great. I liked this video a lot ☺️

I recently ordered the Inspired Born In Roma both regular and Coral Fantasy, Kilian’s Don’t Be Shy, Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, Creed Aventus and I love them all.. I have all of the original fragrances plus the dupes from their sister company Oakcha and they are all on point, last all day AND, I mainly use the dupes and oils to layer it with the original AND to refresh it throughout the day instead of carrying my good stuff out of the house.

@@meganbaum8832 I've worn their version of Chloe "Roses" a lot, as well as Molecule 01, Kalemat, and Angel's Share. Sometimes I don't have the original scent to compare to, so I can't say they are always 100% spot on imitations, but I'm usually really pleased with how they smell.

@@cloudyair7395 I can’t say for sure as I don’t use it every day, but when I do, I just roll it on the sides of my neck a couple of times. You don’t need much. I would say that these should last a really long time. I bought Orange Blossom as well and it’s very nice!

I recently got the following dupes from OP : Chanel - Le Lion, Hermes - 24 Faubourg & Hermes - Eau de Rhubarbe Ecarlate. I love all of them! The 1st two are elegant & ckassic. The 3rd is a simple, yummy Rhubarb, which I bought to layer, with a rose cologne. I think it would be too boring on it’s own, but mixed it is heavenly.

Thanks ladies! Yana, you got me interested in oil perfumery, I only have about 10 bottles now, a couple of which are BR 540 and BR 540 extrait, and Coco mademoiselle! I found that the delina oil smelled a bit like lemon cleaner LOL but the CoCo mad is so spot on and so pretty! I layer it with my fragrance!

I have the Oud Satin Mood from OP, and I really like it but haven’t smelled the original. Their Delina is fantastic. Also loving their Oud Bouquet. I have Musc Ravageur from another dupe oil house and I wasn’t head over heels at first sniff. Again, no experience with original, but maybe it’s a hard one to dupe well.

My favorite is op’s Intense Cafe. I’m also enjoying their Soleil Blanc as a layering scent. I’m curious what your opinion would be of their Killian collection. I am torn. Maybe these scents just don’t translate because the alcohol bite is missing? Also their Feve Delicious and Dior Blooming Bouquet I thought were pretty bad. I’d love your opinion as well!

I adore OP, I have so many but yeah, the Musc Ravageur was a miss for me too. Their version of Chanel's le Lion was nasty as well. I have been trying to give them away to friends, but no takers so far. Otherwise, there are more than a dozen on my "can't be without" shelf! Beautiful scents, especially for the price!

I just got the Gypsy water dupe and I'm on hour 3 of wear. My first initial smell was a powder bomb, like an old powder perfume. It was also much sweeter than the original with maybe incense lingering in the background. As it settled and wafted it started to smell a bit more like GW but I'm still getting used to this. I will give this 3 months to work with my chemistry and for air to reach the oil but I'm not feeling it at the moment. Regardless, I still wont spend over $200 for the OG, especially since it has very weak longevity. Byredo, create a stronger oil and sell for less!!!

I ordered baccarat 540 I'm not sure what the original smells like so I ordered a sample. Not sure what it's supposed to smell like but the oil is a different type than I expected. I also got Dior Addict and to me it smells like play doh and I own the original. Any opinions on these two?

Do oil perfumery perfumes need time to rest after receiving them in the mail? I ordered oud satin mood before watching this video and right now it smells so weird! It's reminding me of the one time I smelled shalimar and it smelled so so dated :'( It is very potent and it's projecting like crazy though.

Most of my oils are still good and I've had them for a few years now. Just make sure you keep them out of the sun or heat. I had one spoil that I kept in my car. Their oud satin mood just isn't very good imo 😬

That cologne doesn't last on me at all, and Fragrance shop oils are quite expensive(to me) lol...hence why, I'm asking. I received Blanche recently, and it smells so piercing, like an old box of detergent when you first open it. Like it might make you sneeze because it's so powerful if you put your nose within a few feet of the opened box. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Baccarat Rouge Extrait, something is really wrong with that one it smells like vomit, poop and sweat I'm not kidding. I got a replacement after finding out their customer service also sucks and surprisingly the new one does not smell like vomit just poop and sweat. To bad because I really enjoyed the previous ones I got. I don't think I will buy from them again it was a really bad experience.

I agree on Byredo Bibliotheque. I think this one is No. 1 for me from Byredo. I prefer it to Bal d'Afrique. Girls, get the original! It's high time for it, I find it perfect for colourful cold autumn 🍁🍂 (I have 2 samples of Blanche and I want to get rid of them, I had to wash my hands after 🥴) I feel a bit offended by Diptyque Do Son 🤔 because I have the sample and I find it very intriguing. I would give it 9 points. I have also that 34..., yes, it is the Diptyque's address in Paris. But I find it a bit old fashioned in a way like Chanels. It is good, but I would not wear it. I agree with Julie, I am not a flower person, too, but some perfumes are just so well blended, that I am to grab some. E.g. if the Oil Perfumery would do a dupe for Jo Malone Jasmine & Marigold.... Mmmm👏 I am lucky that I can get some of Jo Malone generic perfume oils in Slovakia, but not that one mentioned. Anyway girls, have you tried Jenny Glow perfumes? They take an inspiration from Jo Malone, and as the manufacturer is Swiss Arabian, they have some interesting oriental twists. They are highly affordable and very long lasting. Just sayin... Overall, thank you very much for this video, it is not easy to compare so many perfumes in a row 👏👍
