My Tom Ford glasses give me headaches too! I love everything about them, but hate wearing them and I didn't buy them to have them sitting on my shelf... It seems to me they make them that tight so that they don't get loose and start falling off your face all the time while you're wearing them, but it's disappointing they do it too tight...

All quality sunglasses are metal and not plastic.. It's not a matter of weight. You could easily take them to a store and have them loosened for you so they aren't uncomfortable instead of leave them in a shelf to gather dust

I know I'm not her & I'd love to hear her opinion as well but I couldn't resist giving my 2 sense xD In terms of longevity: Louis Vuitton classic canvas stuff will last you a lifetime (actually it will outlive you-> my first LV was inherited and worn very heavily from 1950-2010). Stella McCartney bags, Saint Laurent bags (these are well crafted and worth their money, plus Stella bags are 100% vegan if thats a selling point for you). for investment: Chanel and Hermes (although Chanel quality on handbags has begun to decrease significantly); I think Fendi also has good resale value on the popular styles. to buy on the resale market: -Balenciaga (they resell for a lot cheaper than in stores and the city, work and part time are classics at this point) and -Hermes (you can save a lot if you're willing to get a worn one bc the price decreases significantly if they have obvious signs of wear like scuffed corners-makes it a great deal bc the integrity of the bag remains) -Chloe ( again the price for these drops significantly on the resale market but they are great quality bags-> I adore my Faye bag and you can get exotics from them for a reasonable price) I would avoid Chanel on the resale market because even with wear they sell for nearly what you pay in stores so you might as well get a new one. Brand to steer clear from would be Givenchy (the quality doesn't really match the price point and value drops as soon as you buy it, especially for the Antigona-> I own 2 bags from them and I still love mine but they are definitely not investment pieces) and Celine (way too overhyped and oversaturated in the market with unreasonable price points)

I definitely do not have the same budget as all those youtubers who talk about luxury brands, but one day I'd like to invest in a luxury bag (shoes I'm not sure, cause they'll obviously get a lot more damaged) and to be honest, I find most youtubers have lost touch with reality and aren't the best people to inform me about price vs quality. I do like watching reviews or collections as they are beautiful for one, but also informative, to a certain point.

I have the same one in white patent leather. I love it though, it's really easy to pair it with so many outfits for the summer and spring seasons. I would say though, it's hard to reach into the bag. The opening is small and not flexible.That's the only I don't love about the bag. Other than that, I love it.
