Best Apple & Beats Headphones For Runners: AirPods Pro 2, Beats Fit Pro, AirPods 3 and more tested

I have had the Beats Fit Pro since the day they came out. HIGHLY recommend for runners, especially if you are using an iPhone / iPad etc. The issue with the wingtip that you mention is true at FIRST. After a few days the irritation goes away. I bought my wife a pair and she LOVES them also, and she also experienced the initial discomfort, but it also went away. There is a bit of a learning curve when putting them in your ear, but once you figure it out it’s second nature. I wear them about 4-5 hours a day and can’t recommend them enough. They are often on sale on amazon for $160 by the way…

I love that the PowerBeats Pro (the ones with the hooks) have physical volume buttons on BOTH sides. I own two pairs, I love them so very much.

The beats fit pro are the best I’ve used, for me they don’t think about moving and the touch features are great, I had the Bose models and they moved a lot and fell out a few times

I bought the BFP last November and they are very good. Things I would like are a selection of ear wings (they can get knocked out if I'm wiping off with a towel), and Magsafe. I was thinking of getting the Jaybird Vista 2s as they are on sale for $99 and have a few more features but the BFP wins if you have an iPhone, iPad and Mac. Switching is great. I agree on the wingtip comments which is why I'd like to use these for short runs and the gym and would like to go with the Vista 2s for longer activities. All of the other Apple headsets fall out or don't work as I wear glasses. Over the ear and glasses are a bad combination. If you have to wear a mask, forget it. I didn't know about the third party earwing sleeves - very cool. I'll have to watch the whole video over again.

Yeah glasses can make things trickier, I often end up with specs, hat and overear headphones haha, a lot of clutter!

Regular AirPods fit my ears well, but now I run with. Forerunner 245 watch I use a cheap pair of Bluetooth headphones that are connected b a wire. They have buttons that let me skip tracks and change the volume

The Beats fit pro have never bothered my ears in the 11 months I’ve had them. And I’ve worn them every single day for multiple hours

Jaybird are great, but don’t seem to be refreshing their range much these days unfortunately

I am still partial to the beats flex.., because I like the wire.., just in case the earbud falls out, I don’t like that it would/could go anywhere w/o a wire. same reason I am partial to the Bose and Jaybird options like that too

I liked the Beats Powerbeats 4 for that reason but they seem to have been discontinued. Shame, they were good value too

You guys should sign up to Leigh-on-Sea Strider 10k coming up on the 30th October. It’s a 10km run in the dark!! Through mixture of trails and road (headtorch required). Halloween themed also if anyone fancies dressing up, with free prosecco and pizzas at the end.
