I'm wondering if this list is more useful for someone who stays in UAE full time, or for those that come for a while and then go elsewhere. I like Business Bay because it's close to Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates, and perhaps busy in the daytime, but not so busy out of office hours. You could always invest in ...Bugatti Residences 😮- if you have millions to spare. I think it starts from $6.3 million 😅
