Yeah, the brown bunny girl is indeed young Amiya! Theresa was her caretaker/mother figure after her parents died in Rim Billiton. Dokutah, aka us, saved young Amiya during our travels to explore Terra. But due to Kazdel Civil War, Theresa lost her life to assassins and one of the girls that Theresa took in was young mercenary W, which is the white haired girl with red horns that you see murdering those assassins and their associates. "Babel" is one of the best intermezzi stories you can read in Arknights, it's so peak.

I'll correct a bit: Theresa is officially Amiya's adoptive mother - at least that's what it says in Terra: A Journey, in the “Timeline” section - that part was partially translated on reddit. Amiya's parents died in 1090 while transporting a drilling rig for RI, during an attack bandits on a caravan. Everyone died...except Amiya.

This video shows us the "hunt" of W. There was a queen of sarkaz - Theresa, she became the light of possible future, where sarcaz can live without endless war. Than she was assassinated, this assassinsion kickstarted fall of Babel and W's hunt for the traitors. And don't worry, girl at the end most likely alive, just mentally scarred, but for Terra and sarcaz that is pretty much normal, W won't kill her because her story isn't very different, just a child which takes the blade of the fallen, as an example W took the dagger of the corpse of "W" which granted her a name of "W" and mader her a mercenary. Smirk which she made at the end, is about the fact that she became continuation of the cicle of hatred, which poisoned their race for all eternity. Tell me the errors in the comment if you find any, I'm still learning English.

This Short is about W's Past after Theresa's Death by the Hand of Theresis's Assassins She was the Person W admired the most, the Person almost every Sarkaz looked up to Hoederer, one of her Colleuges from her Days as a Wandering Mercenary tracked them down and gave her their Locations, so She could personally go and Take Revenge The Father was the Leader of the Group. W didn't even kill him, his Oripathy did. W never had any Family, She inherrited the Dagger and Name of the Previous W and became a Wandering Mercenary together with Ines and Hoederer And just like W herself once did, and as is Tradition for Mercenaries, the Little Girl inherrited the Dagger of her Father and with it his Ideals and Name, She is the Daggers Inherritor W acts like She's Batshit Crazy but She's not really, it's a Mask She puts on to stay Strong in Terra, She wouldn't kill a Kid As for the Little Girl that was shown with Theresa, that was indeed Little Amiya. W compares herself to her, in a way she is kind of jealous. Amiya gets to live a Somewhat regular Childhood with Theresa as a Mother Figure, but for her it's too Late already

W is an orphan, a war child, a child without a childhood, and Theresa was the one who treated that child with care and kindness. So for W - this “white-haired girl”- Theresa was a symbol of hope and W saw her as a kind of mother.

The song playing at the end is a remixed version of Arsonist, which is the EP of Wis'adel, the recently released alter form of W that you see at the very end with Amiya. Arsonist itself is a sequel to Renegade, the original W's EP. Arsonist incorporates elements from Renegade, but has a distinctly different feel that reflects the character growth of W that lead to her becoming Wis'adel. Arsonist would be well worth a listen, what you hear in this animation is just a fraction of the whole track. Since it's been a while you could even relisten to Renegade first to see how the two are intertwined.

I think these videos would be more enjoyable with some context before watching, as they are related to specific events and characters in the game. Ofc you don't have to be lore dumped or anything like that, you can just ask in advance and I'm sure everyone would be happy to give you a TLDR. For this video it all boils down to a tragic but ultimately pointless revenge story. W, the girl with red horns are tracking down and killing everyone involved in the assassination of Theresa (the pink haired woman we see again and again), who was the queen of Sarkaz (demon kind). W never had a childhood or a name, all she knew was fighting as a wandering merc (in fact "W" is just a call sign she *inherited* from a dead merc), but Theresa and young Amiya (the MC) were kind and loving to her, almost like a family, which made her a little obsessed with Theresa. Throughout the video W is tracking down the father with the crayons and drawings left behind by the daughter, an analogy for innocence. She tries to recapture that innocence by drawing with the crayon but can't. After finding and killing the father, aka the last culprit, all W manages to achieve is creating more hatred and vengance, as the little girl literally *inherits* her father's dagger.

not sure you brought up 86, personally hated it, seems to have good reviews but yeah, hated it. I suppose thats not accurate, dropped it mid first episode where i fell asleep due to how boring it was. OK bro, you are missing something, video shows stuff, shows theresa being the mother of amiya, and then shows her in a pool of blood, she was killed. by the people W is currently hunting. God knows why the merc did a take your daughter to work day on killing her. she was killed because she had the sarcaz crown and her brother wanted it. she had been trying to make Rhodes a better place for all terra, including the sarcaz, and he took it from her. W loved theresa, W felt like she had a home and a family. and then when the 'father of the year' says he wants that space for his daughter she kicks him off the cliff. he then goes full rock cancer mode, this is fatal, he is dead. it gives him a power spike but he's not living very long after. in the end the daughter picks up his dagger, the cycle continues, W smiles because she remembers when she took up her weapon from her predecessor, title drop. but stop calling him 'father of the year', he's the merc who thought a presidential assasin was a great take your daughter to work day opportunity, and 'this landship is a nice place, lets kill everyone to make a space for my child'

@bloodred255 (Not to mention you obviously don't pay attention to the story, if you are saying Theresis killed Theresa so he could take her crown. Even now he refuses to take the title of King of Fiends because he firmly believes that Theresa was the one and only true king.

@@ohthatswild1755 It's either "Lord of Fiends" or "King of Sarkaz". King of Fiends isn't a thing. The title goes with being in possession of Civilight Eterna, the "black crown", which is inside of Amiya. Theresis can't take the title because he has no way to get the crown. It's not particularly important since the Sarkaz that follow him don't care about the title, and the Sarkaz who did care already left Kazdel to follow Theresa and are now following Amiya.

@Reldan Thanks for the correction on a technicality, and my point is that even if offered the option Theresis wouldn't crown himself the King of Sarkaz. He always held tremendous respect for Theresa and always seen her as the true king. That is why he was so outraged when the Confessarius presented reviving Theresa since doing so would sully her image. Just like Theresa, he too wants to unite Kazdel, just for different means.
