Lucky Seven That is exactly why I love the faction separation mechanic for the classes, though DICE should add an option to apply a class’ changes to all factions. We are getting more factions down the road and most people aren’t going to stick to historically accurate weapon loadouts, so it would be awful for the average player who wants his loadsout to be the same no matter if they are playing as Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan, the Soviet Union, United States, Great Britain, etc and be forced to change every single class for every single faction.

Well BF5 does keep up with other BF titles in class specific weapons but there aren't any all-kit weapons. I'm sure they could have put them in but they're really going for making each class excel in different firefight situations instead of just slapping an AS VAL on every class and winning at all ranges like in BF3. It's good and bad.

Bruh, check the BF franchise sales and you might see a pattern. One bigger game with good sales, one smaller game with some fewer sales and a big game and so on. I assume the next BF will be a better selling game because it will probably be modern.

The Turner SMLE is V's version of 1's Model 8 Autoloading. Decent damage semi auto with a 360 rpm rate of fire. But now it holds even more ammo. Very good weapon.

I have the selbstlader m1916 speced differently and I use the lens optic with it, 9 times out of 10 I out snipe the snipers and at medium range i out gun most opponents. My favorite weapon so far, it also looks amazing with a good skin setup. The lens optic gives u some more versatility at close range but you have to be very accurate.

I guess I’m the only one who doesn’t like the M1A1? It feels like a hitmarker machine to me and I feel like I get outgunned more often that I do with the G43, even at close range, and I get dumpstered by a lot of weapons at mid-long range.

Paulo Alexander Salazar I really like the m1a1, it was the first gun I really used and I can do amazing things with it. Using extended mag just allows you to spam bullets in the general vicinity and you will kill them quickly

@@dudz5825 I can appreciate the ability to spam and put out bullets faster than other rifles, but I can't seem to put enough into a person to kill them in a 1v1. When I flank two or more enemies while I'm using the M1A1, I'm uncomfortable engaging because it feels like anyone after the first target has time to turn and start shooting before I can finish my kill. The one extra bullet compared to the G43 seems to screw me up a lot.

The M1A1 does less damage than the other semi autos but it fires sooooo much faster. I haven't seen the TTK numbers for semis but the others require aim, the M1A1 doesn't, it's a bullet hose with almost no recoil. Not for people who can't click quickly though.

That’s definitely a good point. I just feel they had more leeway. Even looking into choosing different types of stocks and how it affects aim. Shorter stocks, or some made out of different materials, have different effects. For sure you can’t have the same degree of customization but there could’ve been a bit more. The customization trees are good

Gendo Ikari The Volkssturm was a military formation assembled by forcing every man ranging from 16 to 60. They were mostly used as expendable assets or as defensive formations. The 1-5 was just incredibly cost effective and fast to produce hence it was prevalently used by this Volkssturm. But all in all forcing every single man that isn‘t a child or senile into entering a futile war effort does seem pretty hardcore.

I've used DMRs with magnified optics almost exclusively since BF3 and oh boy let me tell you. These semi auto rifles are so OP in BF5 if you have experience with this kinda play style. I think the Turner SMLE is the most OP one but the Selbstlader wins the fun award. Mowing down an entire offensive push in one magazine with its insanely high bullet velocity is just so satisfying.

Aperture sight on stg44 on Xbox is incredible. Increases the range you can kill at with its zoom and field of view remains unobstructed so you can stay on target.

1:22 8:14 recoil buffer almost makes no difference. Its better to use the other, 60% faster movement during aim that really does make a difference in shooting + taking cover at the same time. The 60% is a huge difference compared to like 5% less vertical recoil.

The M1 specialization depends on your playstyle. If you play more passive then what LevelCap used is fine but if you're an aggressive player you need the extended mag (16 versus 31 bullets is a huge difference). Like Level said the recoil on this gun is very minimal and easy to control so there's really no penalty for not choosing any of the recoil buffers.

tbh I use the 1907 in semi auto for ADS gunfights at medium to distant and depending on situation CQC but when I know I'm going to be clearing houses, full auto. It reminds me of how I ran the H&K 51 in BF hardline a few years back.

Assault in one sentence you get the most versatile and best all-round weapons at any range rivaling any medic in cqc and scout at long range your only downside is no auto-heal to 100 HP....

Great video although I think you're a bit too dismissive of the SelbStaldler...... it's honestly a beast. The rate of fire means the recoil is almost non existant at times and the large mag means you can engage with 3-5 targets at a time. I recommend it to anyone.

I know this is sort of irrelevant but please hear me out. I think the medic class should use shotguns or smgs because to do your job of keeping everyone alive you will be in the thick of battle or in close quarter combat very often which requires these types of weapons.

I second that thought. I would switch shotguns to medic class since the support already has 2 types or guns without them. Mmgs and lmgs. Snipers got Self load and bolt action. Assault has semi and fully auto rifles. So switching shottys to medic would help since you can switch to slugs for range or just keep it up close and personal depending on your playstyle.

Only complaint is that you have the same gun show up twice, the 1-5. And the fact it was never full auto, It was a desperation weapon meant to arm civilians at the end of the war. Check out forgotton weapons theres a great video about it.

For the gewer, the extra bullet, lower recoil and faster reload is the way to go. You never feel incapable at any range and cqb feels decent with the reasonable rate of fire. Speccing it all long range feels pointless to me as the gun, especially after recoil buffer, already feels amazing at long range but I can hip fire snap shoot most opponents capably too while attacking the objective rather than just sitting back like an ad hoc sniper.

Sights and scopes should not be attached to your zoom. We should be able to increase or decrease zoom on our weapons. I think the nydar sight would be good at 1.5 or 1.25. The iron sights on some guns would be good at 2

Hey levelcap I wanted to let you know that with the gehwher 43 and the turner smle when your characters out of ammo if you press the fire button as they're loading in the first stripper clip they'll only put in the first five rounds and I know it might not be that practical but I think it's cool and that you might also

I think the g43 needs a very slight damage buff. I say this because you can land a headshot followed by a bodyshot and not kill the target. It's very irritating. Just up its damage by like 5 points to ensure a 2 shot kill when you land a headshot.

Luis Villa lol what are you kidding? The stg 1-5 and the m1907 both wreck at close range and are better than just about every medic gun at close and medium range, giving assault a huge advantage. The only time assault has a disadvantage at close range is if you’re using the ghewer 43 and the selbslater. Even the ghewer 1-5 is a beast at close range. Wish the assault rifles weren’t a 4 shot kill at close range while all medic smgs are 5 shot kills with a slow as fuck rate of fire. Grinds my gears.

I'm not a big fan of the assault rifles in the game, the STG44 is awesome but it should have been released a little later in the game. I can't wait for the M1 Garand with the iconic pong noise when the clip gets ejected!
