Great feeder for our Bengals. Unfortunately they have learnt which buttons to press to give them more food ( they are thinking of it as a self-service food station 🤦) so had to confine it within a box.

Found your video as I’m checking for automatic cat feeder reviews. One or cats is a bengal, looks like yours. Hope your cats are doing well. Just a question: did you ever notice the inner parts of that water fountain? In our case, we bought 4 water fountains, all our cats gotten UTI. We gave the bottles spring water yet they got UTI. Upon checking all possibilities, we found the fountains are the cause - the small motor parts catch debris and it’s impossible to clean them. Even though we clean the entire units for every week or so and top up water every 4 days still it was a lot of debris. So, we ended up switching back to steel cups changing water everyday. Cats are all back to normal. Hopefully no one else go through what we experienced.

I have both of these products and I can categorically say that without modification it performs like trash. The filters are terrible, the motion sensor sounds good but the stagnant water allows the bacteria from the cats tongue to rest and it develops a thick white slime very quickly. Cats need running water, also i pulled out the provided filter, i added 500g of aquarium charcoal and the placed 2 pieces of aquarium filter floss on top and removed that fountain spout. You get way better filtration, way more surface agitation which get tons of oxygen into the water and if you have it constantly running the charcoal is able to pull the bacteria from the cats saliva. The water fountain is trash, but if you spent an extra £10 of aquarium grade filter material and bin the provided one then it is actually a good filter.

I just watched your videos of you guys going in the snow with Kona I hope you're aware of frostbite. If you have tried putting a bit of warm stuff on her for winter if you guys are going on walks with her. I haven't watched a lot but Kona is so amazing to all of us on this channel if you have tried and she didn't like it just be careful in the winter! but your channel really helps me on what bengal's like and doesn't like because I maybe getting one soon

Does it take a picture of the cat when it comes to eat? One of my cats is fat, so I want to start timed feedings. I'm just worried it will drop all the food and the one cat will eat it all and the other cat will get none. I don't want to watch the camera all day to make sure the other cat gets something to eat.

That is the correct one, if you want it to run continuously it needs to be plugged in. If you want it to come on with motion then you ca have it unplugged :)

These are more for dogs, the smallest portion dispenses quiet a lot for a cat.

Yeah stop promoting this garbage just order what you have in this video and literally got it 2 days ago the fountain was missing pieces and the feeder wasn’t that good I have it all back in the box it came in and they are refusing to let me send it back telling me that they are congested with a lot of inquiries it’s not that complicated I don’t like the said product and they should just be like okay send it back and start the return process. I have reached out 3 separate times stating that I want a refund still haven’t started the refund: return process stay away from this company

Just got this feeder. There was so much troubleshooting 🫠 it's expensive and the app was just ridiculous. Wifi sometimes just off, and if it's off, the cat's not gonna get their food. Biiiig disadvantage. Piece of advice - the simpler, the better. ❤

The feeding schedule is stored locally on the device so supposedly it should work if the WiFi is off....
