Yes o, but I used mixture of orishirishi like a cup each of rice, beans, soybeans, corn, groundnut, dried fish, crayfish, washed and dried, then ground together and put into a big tin to last for weeks. Then 2 big spoonfuls daily boiled. My babies were extremely healthy and put on a lot of weight with this method.
