Hi I made these and it turned out really yummy and I separately made a chocolate filling as well. But they were not perfect as yours in the video, i have 2 questions if you can help me. 1. My donuts turned out to be dense and not fluffy, what could have gone wrong? 2. I have a lot of leftover dough, so what is the right way to store it and what is the shelf life of this dough, and donuts, before and after fried?
