I downloaded the world in the description and left it for 1 hour AFK, this resulted in only 1000 bottles, 3 times less than 3200 ,checking the farm in more detail I have realized the following serious errors: 1. The bounding box of the pillager outpost is poorly delimited, this causes the upper layers of the farm to spawn mobs such as zombies or others instead of pillagers. 2. The snow golem system, that makes the pillagers go to the portals, makes it take a long time for the pillagers to go to the center. This causes them to take a long time to leave the mob cap to make room for the next pillager. It would be more efficient put one villager per layer to attract pillagers. 3. This is not a mistake but to increase production it would be appropriate to make a perimeter to ensure that only mobs appear on the farm are pillagers. It is important that when using a farm that you see on the internet you make sure that it does what it promises. The truth is that it is a disappointment that a farm that promised so much is such a disappointment, it is also important to have a critical eye and analyze the farms that we will build later in our Minecraft worlds. My comment is not hateful instead is a constructive criticism, in order to ensure that the Minecraft community has the best farms for a better technical Minecraft experience. your material count is a bit off, each platform is 43x43 so 1849 blocks, for 10 platforms that equals 18490 blocks. this doesn't include any other use for them

guys if yall want you dont need the nether part just remove all portals and make them fall to their death using trap doors at the edge you can add camp fires with hoppers underneath note this will decrease rates a bit but save materials you can also add torches to the platforms and expand them 7 more blocks for optimal rates

Any problems with pillagers just standing on the edges of the trap doors with yours? I deviated pretty heavily from this design and just have a center column where the snow golem shoots the pillager above him, I didn't really understand the purpose of the villagers. It's working but a handful stop at the edge and just look at the golem. There's surely an easy fix.

Some changes to make so its easier to build, use top slabs for the spawning platforms to save materials, dont build the top platform as it is outside of the bounding box of the outpost, and the villagers are unnecessary, dont include them

So many mistakes in your world save. First, you've made two more platform, which is nothing help but occupied the monster spawn limit and declined the drops. Second, you severly overrated the drop, I've tested it in Carpet for 30minutes and it's only 900 Ominus bottle(in the situation I've repaired the first question).

Two more advises. 1.I recommend five more blocks(mob can't spawn,e.g lower Slabs,or glass) for Pack spawning(You can search it from wiki) for more drops. 2.Execution part is too big.Actually just 1side of the portal and a boat is enough.
