They're a locally-owned independent bagel shop that mixes, shapes, hand-rolls, slow ferments, and bakes our own. They take great pride in using only 5 ingredients and absolutely no conditioners, syrups, or preservatives. Their bakers get up every morning in the middle of the night to bake off every batch fresh each day.
