Sadly that magnificent E-bike is not legal in my Country, Chile. The laws here are european standard. I'd buy it inmediately if were 250 watts and 15.5 m/hour max. speed. By the way, the video is absolutely awesome. First time I saw a REAL hill climbing test. Greetings from Osorno, Chile.
