You know, ive been riding mine for a couple months now... some days it accelerates super quickly, other times, its slow.... same with getting to 28mph... some days it struggles to get to 28mph, chittering and struggling, other days, i can smoothly get it up to 28mph, given that there isnt too much incline.

Keep in mind the trade off to the powerful motors is ~15 mile range at full speed (~21mph dropping to 14 later, average of 19) or ~22 miles at 15mph. These are my real world (2 hills but otherwise flat) numbers. Don't believe their claims on speed or range. Took it up several literally 40 degree hills with no issue ... other than fearing for my life on the descent of course.

Nice video. Interesting that the torque sensor on yours is very responsive. I got mine a few weeks ago and the lack of torque response is the only complaint I have. it takes a full turn or two for the motor to kick in and continues for a second after I quit pedaling. Mine feels more like a cadence sensor, unfortunately. I do love how powerful it is and it also seems pretty durable.

I got an ADO fat tire f20 EBike about 2 years ago for around £1500...They are currently selling for £660 as of today.. Anyways I've had about 2200 Miles on it and I've decided to sell it and get a Brompton G line electric bike. These Chinese bikes are cheap for a reason!
