Just wanna piggy back on this. For around 700 dollars (which is what you will pay for this) you wont do better for cheaper. Its truely a quality military firearm. There is some issues with ergonomics of the gun from factory and the trigger is HORRENDOUS (that's not me being a trigger snob, I'm serious, its so bad) but 100 bucks at HBI will fix all of that, yes even the trigger. These have had some issues with catastrophic OOBD (Out Of Battery Detonation) but that can be attributed mostly to out of spec aftermarket triggers being put in them, especially Binary triggers. Stick with the HBI trigger upgrade, it's cheap, effective, and you wont have that problem. You can get this thing sorted with the HBI treatment and a brace for under 1000 dollars total into the gun. You'll be using iron sights at that price but itll be a solid PCC. You can add what you want to after that but 1000 dollars will get you most of the way there. Many other options will cost over 1000 dollars without a brace. The other competitive options that I can reccomend looking into is the Stribog, Ruger PC Carbine, Aero EPC, all will be around that 700 ish pricepoint maybe a little higher. but you'll have to make your decision after comparing them.

Beautiful, I own cz sp01 and p09 Great pistols. But this is next on my list. Update: I ended up buying the CZ in this video for any one wondering. Love the Scorpion but had a discrepancy In the beginning. They sent it too my FFL with a sb tactical sbtevo brace instead of the one shown in the website or video. They eventually sent me a new one called sb sbtevo g2 but was disappointed. That I didn't receive what was shown in their website/YT video, Also ps there was no disclaimer showing the brace in the video would not be included. Just in case anyone is buying from this shop in the future, hope this helps.

They're OK for the money but don't run them fast. Mine would drop a striker even if the bolt was nearly a 1/4 held back open. Lots of them was exploding when they used binaries etc. I sold mine and just bit the bullet and bought an MPX. Way better, but more expensive too tho. But I can share AR triggers like pricey binaries and not be forced to buy proprietary stuff everytime I turned around. They have some good low profile sights tho. If ya sell it later keep the sights lol

@@2APOV Maybe? But maybe it was such a known problem CZ did a fix but America won't allow it cause the fix has a word "disconnector" in it so they won't allow them here with a fix lol. Not making that up btw. They said it sounded like a mg part and it's a no no lol Do a quick search here and you'll see lots of OOB on them. Test yours. Pull the bolt back a good smidgen and you'll likely be able to drop the firing pin. It's easy to check. Keep the firing block block clean if not and just keep an eye on it. As I said they're great for the price. Just be careful and aware is all. They may have the issue fixed by now btw. I haven't kept up with it all since. I just got the mpx and never looked back. So my warning may be all for nothing. But yeah test it often and just be aware. Other than that they're pretty cool guns. Well, if ya not paying the recent prices o saw them at a while back that is. They're just a blowback gun. So I'd keep it under 1k, I payed just 700$ for mine. I wouldn't pay too much over that if it was me personally. Pay more and there's better options still. But, those may have jumped too lol. Anyways yeah sorry if I come off as a gun snob and dissing them. I'm honestly not trying to be at least. I especially liked playing with the HK slap! I do miss that lol. Oh and get rid of the cheesegrater asap too lol. They make a cheap Pakse Sapper foregrip if I recall correctly that I bought for mine. Like 40$ then. It was a huge improvement with the mlok. A few other makers make nicer aluminum ones but as far as me I liked the Pakse just fine. I want to hopefully get a CZ 75 grip for some of my ARs too btw. Because they're just too dam awesome😎

I have a scorpion 3+ carbine with a 16in barrel. It is still a very light and pretty compact package, especially with the folding stock. With the 16in barrel you get about 20% greater muzzle energy than say a 6in barrel so that’s pretty cool too.

Scorpions are great use that mag it never jams as long as you clean after using it on the range or whatever use it for it's very reliable weapon. Everyone we got to shoot one three times the buddy has one and I fell in love with it a long time ago I don't know if they changed them but they used to work without any issues ever. . any decent armor it won't penetrate however considering it uses a handgun caliber 9 mm.

Grip is the first thing to go. Other than that my set up looks identical with the exception of a binary trigger which I highly recommend. Also, Palmetto State Armory akv9 mags work perfectly with the scorpion as well. 33 rounds, like 15 bucks

Maybe the base platform is best bang, but they are almost always needing upgrades for every inch of it. Making them well over 2k. Did a few builds for clients and they always ended up around 2500 with labor and base gun. But to each their own opinion

Wrong, I've done extensive research and watched many many reviews on here and I can say with 100% confidence that the best PCC for the money and for trusting your life to is the Extar EP9 gen 2. Soft shooting, takes glock mags, extremely durable chasis even though its composite but it also makes it extremely light, takes standard AR15 trigger groups/grips/stock/buffer tube, m-lok rail/threaded barrel + I've seen units reliably pass the 3,000 round mark. Scorpion is cool, yes, but it's double the price of the best PCC out there right now. Also, you need to modify the shit out of it to get it where it is in your video. All of those modifications plus the current retail price is going to put you close to the $2,000 price point. Meanwhile you can get the Extar for $450, drop in a geissele trigger for $150, then add a sig romeo optic for $100-$150 to get the best value PCC for $750 out the door.

I love these but the stupid brace rule made mine back into a just a pistol without the ability to stabilize it to my forearm 😢 my gripe with the direct blow back is it’s snappy but the HK style lock open charging handle is awesome. Also mags are cheap and reliable for these😱

No way grand power Stribog is hands down the best bang for ure buck just make sure you use the curved mags not the straight ones they suck big time but yea bro I love my Stribog picked it up for 699 with the folding brace from palmetto actually lol it’s never fails and they even have a roller delay unlike this simple hard recoiling blowback design of the scorpion… I still like the scorpion though

This is the gun I was most disappointed in. I lived a shitty gun control state my whole life, could never buy one. Finally moved and picked up this exact same gun just in black. Shot 1 magazine and traded it in for a 200 loss without hesitation. Just cowboyed up the money and got a honey badger for my backpack gun.
