WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA - In this video, The Foodie TV visited visits Van's Restaurant that's been serving tasty Vietnamese food for a few decades in Little Saigon, Orange County. Though they have a pretty extensive menu, they are best known for their Banh Xeo, commonly referred to as Vietnamese Savory Pancake or Crepe. The Bánh Xèo here is probably the crispiest one we've had in Orange County. When you walk in, you literally see almost everyone having their own Banh Xeo. That's when you know it's the thing to order.
Come here and order the Bánh Xèo and leave happy.

1. Bánh Tôm Cổ Ngu - Fried Sweet Potato and Shrimp Fritter
2. Bánh Xèo - Vietnamese Shrimp and Pork Savory Crepe
Afterward, we went down the street to get some fresh sugarcane juice to wash the amazing meal down and also to cool down from the heat. Cococane is the spot to get amazing sugarcane juice in Orange County.

2. Aruna Cococane - Pennywort + Coconut + Sugarcane
