सरजी मेरे लडके ने होम लोन लिया = गलती ये हुयी के = 20% down payment कीया = बिल्डर फोन करने लगा के , loan Approved letter लाईए के next week aggriment का 12 का lot जा रहा है! = बिल्डर ने बॅकर भी दिया = जल्द बाजी मे 40 लाखका लोन sanction कीया. पर 30 सालका रीपेमेंट = सरजी अब मुझे (लडकेको) plan बदलके = जादा emi और 15 सालका प्लान करना है! ऐसा प्लान बदल सकते है क्या? सॅलरी भी बढ गयी है!pls reply me
