I think Heavy H. and W. Machine should both in S+ tier. As Heavy is Barret's top DPS option with a sigil boost which will only get better over time with more difficult fights its a Easy S+ tier weapon. And W machine is just too good to be able always land that Phys DEF down its just too useful especially in Coop where everyone is running Phys DPS aka Cloud.

something to also point out is some of these might be bad on the character but as a sub weapon for someone else like Flame projector R abilities are great as a sub for an magic attacker

Absolutely! I'm going to go over later some of the better weapons to build purely for stats. Just trying to base these to make the characters perform the best.
