November will be a good time but I would make sure that there are not any conferences going on at that time. Conference attendees typically make the pool and restaurants a bit crowded. Weather should still be fairly warm as well. I presume you are coming from out-of-state? Enjoy your trip!

I don't recall seeing any but our stay was over a year ago. With the popularity of pickleball, one would think they added it.
