It looks dope until i noticed that you don't tighten your laces very much and if you want them tighter you have to remake the loops. If you like loose shoes, then it might be ok.

The problem with using constrictor knots is that it's a balance between stretching and constricting. If your laces are not stretchy, the knots will probably constrict before the ends going to the shoe receive tension. I saw another vid using this tie on pant laces. Same problem. That type of knot is really for fastening integrity, not for providing tension adjustment on the standing ends. Great knot for tying two pieces of cord together but that's about it. In this use case, only good if all the tension integrity is going to the "closed" knot (flexible laces and shoe) when tied to the right length. To put it another way, you can't make the shoe tighter by pulling on the ends.

This isn't me being mean but if you breath from your mouth it's unhealthy. Really do try to breath from your nose - if it's a bit hard at first it should get easier. There is evidence to back this up. Edit: evidence for breathing through ones nose. Not getting easier. Just to clear up.
