Project docs, pentest reports, and technical documentation should be referenced on your resume as one of the impact bullets under each project, then during the interview stage is when you can refer to the projects you've done and the final products from each. You can also create a project portfolio online and add your website link to your resume, this would be a great option to share more in-depth the types of projects you've done. Best of luck!
