Can vouch for this kit. started me off in fpv and still flying it to this day. i upgraded to some skyzone sky02 goggles and a taranis qx7. zero complaints on this little guy, its a blast. seems like i fly it more than my 5 inch drone, just nice and quiet while still being fast and agile.

Hi I'm totally new to racing FPV , and no next to nothing about the different technologies. Do the parts ( drone, remote, goggles ) in this kit work with standard pro drones ? What I mean is , if I need to upgrade slowly , can I for example use this drone with a better set of goggles , or get a better pro drone first and use it with the current goggles ? Or is this kit proprietry ?

Hey guys I have tried the on board dvr, and cant get it to record. Any ideas? It says when the light blinks it is recording... however I have gotten it to record just me setting the drone on the ground. So confused. I have pressed the start stop button as well. Anyone use the onboard dvr regularly

I saw this asked a couple of times but didn't see an answer. You show the usb port on the TX and talk about being able to use it to upgrade OpenTx. Can you also use that usb port to connect to a PC for a simulator? Bonus question - have you tested upgrading OpenTx on this unit?

No you cannot. You can though use the receiver on drone through betaflight to fly in sims. Joshua bardwell has a vid on it.

I have this quad and would really recommend that you tape one antenna wire up and the other along one of the arms of the drone. my first one broke so i had to buy new antennas and replace them which took me a while. other then that i would recommend this drone to beginners

You cant connect the transmitter to your pc and use the sim. You will have to use betaflight on the drone.

I have a DJ FPV drone. Now I would like to get an inexpensive drone something to try my different tricks. I was looking at Novice 3V2 and Novice 4. What I am really looking for is to buy with a good controller and goggles. The other option for me is to stay with the HD goggles from DJI and then I buy a drone which will work with the HD controller. Your opinion please?

Depending on the Batt you look up the Voltage :-) my 4s Lipo is full at 4.2V per Cell so x4 = 16.8V

Hi Justin. On the flight-video with OSD-info, the throttle-value is shown double-digit... I am struggling to find out how to get that view in OSD on the default setup of the Novice-3... all I can find to get is single-digit throttle-level (1->10). Any advice or knowledge on how to change?

Just answering my own question here.... the default OSD- config put the throttle-level to the right on the screen, and due to screen-cutoff in both sides, only the tenths in level-value was showing... moving the positioning on the OSD for that parameter did the trick 🤪 (why didn't I figured that out before asking 😆)

I bought this after your review and being a dumb ass I tried an update on beta flight and didn’t copy the factory settings and after update it doesn’t bind with the radio.
