This is my first time playing this game so id appreciate for someone to explain to me: why do we not invest anything in the starting menu and what is that "shrine of order" thing that was mentioned?

because when you invest into the starting menu at max you can only put 8 points into 1 stat, so if a stat had 0 into at the start it can only go up to 8, and if a stat has 2 it can only go up to 10, meaning we will have to split the points, howver if we invest nothing once we enter the game we can invest the 13 free points into any stat without having to do anything. shrine of order check on the wiki
