Best Bible study tools for IMPACTFUL Bible READING

Bible reading on a daily basis can be hard for beginners, for anyone who struggles with understanding the Bible or anyone who struggles with reading the Bible in a year. For some people it's a good idea to get some simple Bible study tools to help you engage in the Bible. Yes these tools can be used for deep dive Bible studies but they can also be used to simply help you stay interested and understand what you're reading. So in this video I share my favorite Bible reading aids that keep me engaged and moving along without losing my focus.

I have that as well. A great resource! It's often part of my Sunday school preparation (I teach an adult class). I have the Believer's Bible Commentary as well. Need to get back to using it.

Hi Bev. Thanks for watching. I've seen reviews of Tony Evans study Bible. Is that the same as his Bible Commentary? Or am I confusing the two?

You'll want his Bible Commentary. The study Bible doesn't have all of the commentary, but notes that are in it are same found in his commentary.

I have just finish a year long Bible study that took me 14b month to complete! It was an inductive study where I marked up many of the words. It did slow me down but I knew what I read each time when I finished. Prior to that, I would read but like you said not focus... FYI I have the Believer's Bible Commentary as well and love it!

@HisAncientWays it's pretty good it pretty much is all the archeological evidence of the Bible as well as locations and history lessons I believe it keeps getting reprinted because of all the new evidence people keep finding
