I am Greek and I am a lamb fanatic. I eat lamb on Easter morning my mother who is Greek makes it for me when it’s two years of her passing. I still eat it in a memory of my mother. My mother was a chef and she used to make it for me Every night before I go to bed, she will prepare the lamb and put it in a bowl and make it for me in the morning lab rice and taco lamb and I used to eat it every week every Easter and Christmas make banging another tradition in my family that is pork And I am Puerto Rican. I think Borego is Lamb & Goat is chivó. The goat has to be casturated B4 it's used for cooking or the meat is extremely strong in taste & smell. That's why the birria tastes delicious!!
