I think to not really answer your question on what "boosted" means is just someone or your friend gives you something (Like Pyre keeper in your case) that heavily impacts gameplay making it seem almost pretty unfair to an extent that without said item you'd be "unskilled" or "trash" at the game without because you'd heavily rely more on the item itself rather than your own skill hence your combo with standing crit + shadow meteors but I'll keep it real your fine but not amazing. Everyone is boosted to an extent but not so much that without it you become a literal potato. The people ganking you at Etris banker are just mad because they have skill issue is all. Keep uploading your content, your doing good work here (I don't think I need to explain for any dead brain 9 year old who doesn't think before they talk that this man repeatedly was getting ganked at Etris bank)

This vid helped me out a lot too I made a build that only got 84/89flame but in return you can go 35/40 wp or 40 agility(I did 40 wp cause I just haven’t seen blindseer in a while and want to see how well it would go with the rest of the build, but 35 would def be better for any other build, ghost ain’t much but it’s nice for some people ig)

But you could run Khan and go this layout preshrine 55 charisma 80 willpower 50 fortitude 40 strength Then post shrine, you end up with 24 str 25 fort 25 agil 55 will 30 charisma 7 light 24 heavy (unavoidable post shrine) 80 flame 60 shadow You get LYM, piercing will, heretics sutra. Plus, extra bulk from chaotic charm.

First the pre shrine stats don’t have any heavy so you can’t get any of the great sword talents(actually you don’t get most of the heavy weapon talents), all of which are very useful. Then there’s the shadow cast which isn’t as much as a problem but I think that for the build the creator of the video made he wanted both shadow and flame mantras level 5. This build has its own upsides though (aside from what you stated) as this can actually get ash slam and eclipse kick as they require 40 in the their perspective element and 20 strength. Whether this is the better build or not seems to be more up to playstyle especially with how the new insanity annoys people a lot.(also you got some good wp talents he missed)

you get chain of perfection by killing a boss such as kaido, duke, chaser, ferryman, pimadon, or ethiron hitless. Once you get it on that slot then you get it forever on that slot. Once you hit power 2 you automatically get it just like air dash

By boosted they mean you're using an op weapon thats inherently broken and just does a bunch of damage no matter what, they are really just mad cuz you beat them tho since you won a 2v1. Boosted is just saying you're build is good and you arent
