Obviously the best blade off the ice is the Bauer ADV, no tape, slapshots only.

My favorite blade that I used to use were the Easton Roenick pattern senior pro wood blades. I had them on Easton 8001 shafts and an Instinct shaft. Loved that pattern a lot. I also used a Louisville shaft with Jovanovski pattern Lockjaw blade on it. If it were regular sticks then Titan ASD 1000, 6000 and 7000. Sherwood PMP 5030 SC.

I picked up a whole bunch of gear from Coast to Coast after watching this video. This is a great shop. The guys are super professional. They sent multiple emails to provide updates on the status of my order. Shipping was really quick, and everything came nicely packaged. I’ll definitely be ordering from this website again. Highly recommend everyone does the same if they’re looking to get into roller

So glad to hear that. There's no better store out there that provides as much value to indoor/outdoor roller. All in one place. The guys are awesome as that is essentially their lifestyle. Keep enjoying roller !

Yeah, I think your review is spot on. Long term, the Sherwood blade is choice. It's cheap, lite, and durable. The i300 isnt a p92 (though neither is the Sherwood), which throws me off too. Plus, the bauer blade wears too fast. In the end, I switch between the Sherwood and my ice stick with a wraparound.

Any hockey online skates, just make sure to buy outdoor wheelsbecause most hockey skates come with indoor wheels for some reason. The numbers you'll be looking for are 82A all the way up to 89A those are outdoor wheels. That's the hardness rating, although I would stay between 82 and 86

What do you call the sticker style grips that goes on the blade instead of tape? I just picked up hockey again after a few years and I wanna keep my Easton aluminum shaft. It has an adhesive grip on the blade vs my ice hockey stick with tape.

@@PavelBarber Thanks! I figured it was something pretty self explanatory. I’ve been out of the game for 10 years after breaking my spine, but I have a toddler that’s totally interested and I’m all for getting him into hockey. Especially where we live in Florida. It’s a tough scene here. I’ve had the same aluminum shaft that needs a new blade for 9 years and a full carbon one piece stick that lasted me 4 seasons. I’m looking to upgrade and get him something good. Maybe adjustable. He’s growing FAST. CURRENTLY trying to figure out what type of skates to get for my kid for his 4th bday on 4/20. He’s pretty tall for his age. Any advice on anything would be a godsend. Thanks again! I’m going to subscribe right now.

Are the ABS blades okay for ice hockey?
@jakehaubschueh18722 жыл бұрын
I would not use them for Ice Hockey, they're purposely meant for Street Hockey!

@Bodycomp1013 жыл бұрын
Depends how much you play, I'd say if you play one to two times a week the ABS blades would last about two to four months and it could even be higher than that

@davidmingione44263 жыл бұрын
hiyaJaw Is goated no? They’re for indoor or outdoor. Being indoor or out door depends on your wheels or playing style. I personally use a mix of indoor and outdoor wheels when playing on concrete. Indoor you play usually on sport court
