That turned out gorgeous!! And I love it when you do these experiments. It's like the US female Daniel Cooper. :-) Keep up the great work and experiments. I personally, am learning a lot! Thank you for these videos.

Imo, experiments of any kind are what learning is all about. I'm sure i can't afford to purchase the unicorn spit, but that does not stop me from watching and appreciating your efforts. I always learn a little tidbit or two. I will continue watching any and all videos. Thank you for your hours of experiments and hard work. The bloom is gorgeous.

Experiments help us all! Every time I work with resin, it is an experiment. At 65, I am playing with resin all the time! When playing, I have mixed mica powder with my white for blooms and they looked great! I've also used acrylic inks or alcohol inks too in the white with great results. Keep on experimenting!! Terri

I think it turned out lovely, and even with my bad eyes I can see a purple hue. I know what you mean by less views hurting a channel, seems the most viewed videos I have are the Temu ones, and now that I won't be ordering anything from anyplace online, I'm sure my view count will drop even further. I believe experimental videos are very worthwhile, they help others with new ideas and inspiration, like I haven't tried a bloom yet, I've wanted to, but I get myself caught up in series videos, and sometimes it takes me time to get through them because I get a bit disheartened by low view count, and coupling that with when my health issues flare up, it's really hard to push through and get things finished, but push through I do because I love making things. I do think you do excellent work, and you make some beautiful resin work 😀😊

Thank you Marcy. 🤗🥰 I totally understand and it is a struggle to put out content that viewers want to watch on a daily basis. Me personally, Im not a fan of haul videos, I don't even like to have to open new products on my channel, but when a company sends you stuff you have to. I prefer real content of how things are made. Im like a sponge, I soak up knowledge, I have a note book next me and write stuff down so I can remember it after. Just keep your focus, keep putting out content and try to keep it fresh. That's the best advice I can give, oh and don't stop believing in yourself. 🤗🥰❤😘

Keep doing what you do best. There is a saying you cannot please all the people all the time only some of the people some of the time. I’m sure you will get enough views and enough viewers who appreciate what you do and will help some people. Beautiful. But I'm confused. Lol. You said it took 24 of resin. Did you do a layer off camera? You did the bloom and the backing. Just making sure I didn't miss something. I wanna try this. It's absolutely stunning Mary.
@resinmeup5 ай бұрын
I used 24 oz total of resin to make the whole piece. There are two clear layers, one black layer and three bloom layers- gold, white and purple. The only thing I didn't film was the black layer. Does this help?

I don't mind unless it's all you do then gets a bit meh. But it's nice to see what can be done with one product. Honestly lately I listen more while doing something (I'm cutting chips at present) because I found lately I havnt had a lot of time to just be able to watch and my watch later list at present has something like 138 videos for me t catch up on. But I stop and look at what's happening when a technique is being shown ❤

I like watching you experiment but i don't enjoy seeing the gold being used as much as i would say, the purple. It's just so so light and as light as ot is in real life, it's super hard to appreciate the details of it via camera. Edit: the bloom is gorgeous. I just wish the gold color was more noticeable on camera
