Best Board Games in Steam 2024 (Top 10)

The great thing about Ascension is the variety of sets and the wide range of mechanisms they have explored over the years. In this it's second only to Dominion (if that). I especially like the sets that use Insight (the amber crystals): Dreamscape, Delirium, Deliverance. I also love the smoothness of the app, wish other digital card games played this well. Ascension is easily my most played boardgame app.

For me it used to be Gloomhaven, although with updates recently made some mechanics got worse and game started to crash randomly so ppl got angry with the reviews. Updates were not necessery yet they come and made game worse than it was (while we believed there will be mobile version soon 😬)

I got Gloomhaven when it came out but I didn't play it much because I'm not very good :D Sad to hear it's not going well, I was thinking about playing a campaign at some point.

I found the Concordia UI/map terrible. I could never clearly tell what was going on.

No through the ages in the entire list though it should be number 1? Its the only game, save maybe sentinels of the multiverse that is actually better to play in pc than in a table.
