I am 51, Dr advised to only fish other than chicken and mutton or beef, can we use pressure cooker ir boil the way you do along with bannan leaf

It's better not to use pressure cooker method. If you want proper taste then it is better to boil in normal way. Thank you

I am from Sri Lanka, I am doing bodybuilding workout since 2016, normally I am eating 500g of fish for a day (not every day) I always eat it after boiling, actually it haven’t any flavor. Sometimes it makes me vomit 🤮 I think I should try it this way, wanna know can I make it without potatoes?…. It is with lots of carbs 😢😢😢, also want to know, why did you add rice flour to it…? dry fry everything, add spices, you are Srilankan!!! And grilled fish with lemon, spices is tastier.

Have you tried steamed fish? There are some simple Chinese recipes on KZbin which are low in fat but not flavor
