Not a fan of bootlegs, but I hope Nike finds these as an "inspiration" to make their products even better. To make their products closer to what they originally released. I get that economics and other factors blablabla that affect materials and all for their mass produced shoes. But as Chris says all the time, "If smaller companies can do it, why can't Nike Do It on their shoes?"

The point is, if bootlegs can make shit better with better materials, why can't Nike used better materials for the pairs we pay $200 for or more? We're not talking about knock offs per se, but these "Bootlegs" that Chris has reviewed. Some bootlegs though, especially those "Unauthorized Pairs" that have even better Quality than official releases are CRAZY. One example is the First TS Jordan 1. The quality was CRAZY good for the best copies. Some copies felt better than actual retail pairs lmao. Never buying a fake pair tho. I'mma stick to the legit shit.

Cool video, I can remember picking up bootleg Adidas and Nike products in the late 70's to mid 80's because the real stuff was out of reach at the time. Some of were actually pretty comfortable. Thanks for stirring up the memories!

A quick glance at their website shows that a lot of sizes are already sold out. People are definitely appreciating these for the old school craftsmanship. I feel if it's better than the official Jordan shoes, then I don't see anything wrong with them. If they can get closer to the original product than even Jordan can, what does that say about what's going on at Jordan? It's been a long time coming where somebody was going to steal Nike/Jordan's thunder a little bit, and I'm kind of glad it's happening now. If it eventually means Nike will respond with a better product around the same price point, I think that would be great for everybody.

Not a fan of recent bootlegs, they are quick cash grabs that want as much of your money as they can for the lowest possible effort and money. However, these deliver! Haven’t seen them in person, but, if Chris says they are good, they ARE good!

These are really nice looking, especially that vegan leather. I'd have little to no problem with more shoes going full synthetic if they all sourced this material. Just wish they could find a rubber sole with the proper curviness to really complete the look!
