Goes both ways. 2v2 means matchups matter more, and Cordelius is already extremely weak to any snipers breaking the map and leaving him out in the open. Basically half the time you'll just get outranged.

BEST BRAWLER IN 2V2 mode: 1. Teamate that have brain 2. Teamate that won't give up after the opponent scores ONE POINT 3. Teamate that use 0.001% of their brain (all of these are enough for the win)

Buster can be a good pick for 2v2 hockey as well. His gadget allows you to pull enemies after throwing the puck similar to Jackie’s super. I managed a 45 win streak with a goated Maisie teammate.

Yea that's what I was using and she's crazy. Her entire kit is sheer damage and she can do like 6k with one shot so easy to defend vs a tank. Her sp, gears, super everything is just damager

I think Nita is missing. I've been testing her in Hockey and Basket and she gave me good results overall, I only lost one with ramdons in the arcade, a solid choice to beat assassins, tanks and anti-tanks. The bear is a key factor with the stun gadget, the stellar swift claw ability. Both to be able to slow down tanks. I would recommend you to try it with that build and for the other partner a tank with mass control like Buster, Jacky, Frank, Sam. The only weak point would be brawlers with range but they are not as seen in Hockey because you can score a goal from your goal; then taking distance would leave several scoring angles and leave your partner alone. In baskey they are also not very visible because the map is very small.

Nita is very underrated in general, but you gotta keep in mind she's only "great" against newer players. In 10 x 1000 cups matchmaking people know how to kite the bear and not to feed super, so she's just fine there. A very safe pick, but so many stronger options. I'll def be trying her in payload though.

Status update, picked her in payload today and went 4/5 (the one loss was from a gigabrain Nani teammate). She's hard-countered by aggressive comps because they melt the bear, but any tanks, healers or snipers get absolutely demolished.

i've done pretty well using Sam in basket brawl. The walls on the current map are very useful to him and he can pretty much always score 3-pointers unless you're bad with him; plus, the pull gadget can be disruptive to your opponents, and he has a good amount of hp

R-T is a sleeper pick for this gamemode you can do crazy damage to counter all the “meta” brawlers here - Any Tank, Mortis, Buzz Light Years. The only concern is a Stu or Rico

I really like using Charlie in Basketball 2v2, The cacoon can shut down someone both on when they are trying to score and you just respawned or when your teammate trades and is just a 1v1 it becomes very easy to score cause you can ignore and just go forward and if the brawler gets close, cacoon its ass on the spot and now its a free score, barely see anyone picking her too.

I've found that max is really good for brawl hockey, you can easily farm super because there's so many tanks and you can easily score and defend.

Me and my teammate been using Frank Surge in basket brawl and we've basically gone undefeated. Not facing too many anti-tank, and surge is a great counter to the anti tanks once we can push. Plus I've been getting my frank hyper like 3-4 times a game which means easy buckets.

For Basketball Buzz + Frank is a really good combination and even against Gales and Colettes we won like 90% of the matches, having 2 high hp brawlers with stuns is toxic

Pam has an awful attack pattern up close and Payload 2v2 is all about bralwers who get in your face. If you absolutely want to tank with heals, go Nita. Tanks are free super charge and Bruce zones people away from the payload.

Crow can be good w the slow gadget in basketbrawl to hold them off and his super can counter the tanks or fly away from them. He would also be really good in hockey because you can slow them then they cant defend the ball.

For basket brawl, I’ve been using buster and Jacky. Typically, I use buster to defend, and let my teammate score, using the pull gadget to assist and ensure their score. But with Jacky, I try to control, using the super to steal the ball and pneumatic booster to get to their goal. Or, if I’m losing a lot, I use buzz light year because I hate brawl stars.

You missed Buzz Lightyear on brawl hockey, the gadjet gets you to the disk instantly and without using attacks, you can also get the disk using the super and also steal it with knockback, good mobility and its also just strong overall

Brawl Stars development team is on one as usual. Not only did they create a system where instead of winnign the game, they encourage you to farm kills because they aren't properly testing their code to see how it correlates to real life game play, they encourage toxicity. Imagine being a newer player and trying this game out and getting spawn camped in 2v2 basketball. If I was new i'd quite immediately. The change to ladder was a joke. now we have players with 5k Total trophies near 1K - meaning if you solo queue ur getting two of these players on your team. Some reason the matchmaking algorithm then puts you up against 3 100Ks. makes sense. Explaining the clear issue, Supercell says 'get a team' lol.
