Mam bf lockdown I had literally cutdown carbs and having smoothies raw veggies and 2 meals. Due to the present situations I had to change diet I just followed yr thyroid and pcod diet in 10days I hv lost 2 inches and feeling light on tummy. My bloating and gastritis ate literally vanished. Thank u so much

I have 13 year old daughter. Ahe wants to be healthy and fit. Recently the big muesli packet in our house is completed. So my daughter asked me bring another one. Thanks for the video. Can you make a detail video on “how to eat food in right way”? What is the right time to eat fruits, grains, nuts, seeds etc so that our body will have maximum nutrition absorption rate. Most of us follow healthy habits eating good food, but we are not sure how much our body is gaining it. If you can make a video that will be very very helpful. Thanks in advance.

I can talk about fruits....1. Fruits shouldn't be juiced except mango. 2 Right time to take on empty stomach morning 3.Have only one fruit at a time (body cannot absorb multiple vitamins at a time)

People always eat such breakfast thinking that it’s healthier and better than oil in Dosa/Upma carbs in idly 🤦🏽‍♀️: I always feel instead of having this pathetic breakfast it’s better to be fat.
