Mam bf lockdown I had literally cutdown carbs and having smoothies raw veggies and 2 meals. Due to the present situations I had to change diet I just followed yr thyroid and pcod diet in 10days I hv lost 2 inches and feeling light on tummy. My bloating and gastritis ate literally vanished. I can talk about fruits....1. Fruits shouldn't be juiced except mango. 2 Right time to take on empty stomach morning 3.Have only one fruit at a time (body cannot absorb multiple vitamins at a time)
