Nice video Mam, many are in misconception that weight loss happens only by eating less , many of my friends do that ..I tell them that u shld go my inch loss and do excercise with weights to gain muscle ., it’s long lasting and it’s way to get fit ., they just ignore bcz they cannot they feel lifting weights make them manly.

Great effort in explaining such complex things in very simple language. I appreciate the way you addressed each and every detail Madam. Thank you so much for the wonderful explanation. My day use to start after standing on the weighing scale which demotivated me many times which led to discontinuing of my diets as well. After watching this video I threw my weighing scale up in the cupboard. Once again thank you so much for explaining the right way of measuring ourselves😊
