You will face no issues as long as your mobo has PCIe X16 slot. Ram and Vram, both are different. Your mobo will need to have ddr5 compatibility to run ddr5 ram and again similarly ddr4 compatibility to run ddr4 ram. Vram is not that ddr4/ddr5 ram. Most gpu these days are Gddr6 if I'm not wrong. And most mobo will have PCIe x16 slot. So in short you will have no worries.

If we compare its pricing with 4060ti, I agree its a much better GPU than both 8gb and 16gb variants. But, if we see that 6750xt or 6700xt are priced almost 10k less than this and with 5-7k extra investment, one can get a 4070, or 7800xt, then surely its indian pricing is totally absurd.
