I would add the VW Jetta GLI to the list. My son bought a 2023 with the DSG for $31,000 and with 20K miles on it now he loves it. @@Diego-oy6en I agree. When I think of "value," I'm usually thinking of essentials instead of upgrades. I'm currently considering a Forester Premium. It's got all the basic features at the best price point. I view it as a better value than Crosstrek because for around the same price it's more capable (size-wise), has the power driver's seat, pano roof, and defaults to the 182HP engine (which should be the base engine for Impreza and Crosstrek as welll. I'm sure the RS benefits from the added power, but to me it's over-styled, pretending to be a hot hatch when it's still a dad car.)

Interesting? Royal South Mazda in my town along with the next closest mazda store in greenwood Indiana had them all at msrp, many below 30k this whole year. Currently, most of these cars are available at MSRP in Indiana (I specifically mention which ones are not or hard to find at sticker, like the Maverick). Pay cash for a car and do not finance. A brand new car depreciates by 10% of more as soon as it is driven off the dealers lot. Save your money and purchase a used vehicle around 3-5 years old and invest the money that you would have wasted on car payments.

Not bad advice or anything but It’s been complicated lately and it largely depends on the car you’re buying. lately, used prices have been so bad that buying new actually makes more sense than lightly used cars due to the warranties and free maintenance with some models. The interest kills people right now but a lot of people can’t afford a decent car without financing. Weird times right now.

Bro you can pick up a maxima or a Infiniti g37 with 70k-100k for 13,000 and you get reliability and decent power.

@@Realistick You could add some upcoming and rumored cars at the end if you want more cars to talk about. You might also mention how big or small the car is. For those of us that like little cars to take corners in. Thanks. OH is there a bad budget car list? I was just thinking the mini wasn't on here. Thanks again

Where I live in Québec we get 5 months with snow and some bad roads so Subaru is incredibly popular. That being said I drive a CX-30. Great on great roads but it's losing its charm on bad roads. which we have a lot. (And the visibility is AWFULL). That and snow. I ride it for free so I don't mind... I would bet that Subaru is gonna sell a crazy amount of imprezas 2024 in the belle province. More than in their wildest dreams. If they can keep up with the demand.

How sad it is when $4000 is the top price range for budget cars. Why greedy dealers aren’t brought to book by manufacturers is beyond me. Case in point I was looking at a 2023 dodge charger king Daytona that the MSRP price was 102,000, the dealer add an addendum price of 72000 !!! That is robbery

You'd benefit from toning down your editing. You're yapping about the Sentra and you show every other car and then point at a Subaru?

@Realistick Жыл бұрын
Never talked about a sentra and it’s a bit condescending to say “yapping,” but I’ll try to take the amount of b-roll and cuts more into consideration. I can see it getting busy at times with this type of video.

Sorry, Nissan Versa. But yeah the editing tends to go around the different models while you talk about the current one. So its a bit confusing. Sorry about the yapping thing.
