this isnt a great suggestion, i will highly suggest to spend 8k more and go for rx 6600 for 19.5-20k and 4k more for i5 12400f pushing the budget to 49k and that 12k difference will be huge in terms of gaming and productivity , 1650 is a bad choice in 2023

I would Suggest Getting an r5 5500 by increasing 1000 more in this range of budget, As The Mobo For it Like gigabyte ds3h can be acquired in 5500, so overall cost same hi pad jayega per jyada cores and threads milenge,jyada Base And Max Clock Milegi, though it Comes With pcie 3, me kahunga kisi bhi budget gamer ne jyada se jyada koi used rx 6700 xt lga lena hai and wo gpu pcie 3 per bottleneck nhi karta to pcie 5 ka support lekar kya hi karega koi 8-9k ka cpu lene wala Banda, jabh pcie 5 gpus ke price aasmaan chuenge ofc😂
