I’d been recording this rapper for about a year, through my TLM 103 into my RME UFX Plus. He ended up wanting a cheaper set up of his own, to record rough demos. I recommended the Roswell Mini K47, and he also bought a cheap Scarlett interface. He sent me back some of his raw vocals and I was shocked that the Roswell sounded better on his voice than my Neumann TLM 103! Sounded warmer and fuller, without the nasally/pointy midrange bump that the 103 sometimes has on certain voices. WOW

They make great mics regardless of price for sure! The Mini K47 and the Delphos are also excellent! Also MicParts T12 is also an excellent mic especially for capturing Piano and Acoustic guitars.

I have the sister mic, the Mic Parts S3-87 and it is one of my two go-to vocal mics depending on the singer. It is smooth and even, a little hint of warmth and greats depth. Vocals need very little processing most of the time. Fantastic mics for an excellent price.
