Wow! You really know how to communicate. Much of the narration is "post" shooting making the words easy to understand and unrushed. I've watched tons of youtube vids about walking the streets of interesting cities and many, many of them are such a chore especially if they lack your senitivity about the volume and choice of background music. i'm giving serious consideration to moving there from Colombia. Do you own an apartment, have a rented furnished apartment or perhaps an unfurnished rented apartment? I'll have a S.S. pension of USD $2000 per month to spend plus I have a rock solid savings account and would like to furnish my own place. I'm trying to figure out if it's doable in Palermo hollywood but it could be dicey considering the strength of the short term market.

I appreciate the kind words. My partner Sandra is the genius doing the post production work and deserves all the credit. While she and I strongly considered buying a flat in Buenos Aires, we only rented. $2000 per month is comfortable with housing your biggest factor. We lived in a newer 2 story loft for $850 and an older 3 bedroom 2 bath for about $1000. All these were furnished medium-term (3-6 month) rentals with utilities included. If you go unfurnished and sign a one-year contract your prices can be 20% to 30% lower. Studios and smaller one bedrooms usually rent for $400-$500. Eating out is much better here than Medellin. The menu del dia is more expensive ($5 - $7 for 3 courses and a drink), but much much much tastier and healthier. Where did you live in Medellín? Think of Palermo Soho as El Poblado minus the sleaze factor. Palermo Hollywood is a rough equivalent to Laureles. Less tourists, a little quieter, and little cheaper.

Oh, another envious mexican... Mexico's HDI: 89th place in the world. Argentina's HDI: 48th place. Argentina produces food for 400 million people (much more than Mexico).
